Replacement and Return Policy

Replacement Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to any contractual or statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to replace a product provided by the store within three days from the date of receipt. After this period, replacement is no longer permitted.
  2. To be eligible for replacement, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before replacement to verify its condition. The customer will bear the cost of shipping for replacement unless there is a defect or error, in which case the customer will be compensated.

Non-Replacement Conditions:

  1. If more than three business days have passed since receipt.
  2. If the product is not in its original condition.
  3. If a defect is found due to customer misuse.

Return Policy:
